Editorial Methodology

We show the offer, the price, the medical oversight, the source, and the evidence limit separately. That is the whole method. A polished clinic site and a recognizable physician name can establish that a business is real. They do not establish that every bundled test or treatment improves longevity.

1. Current provider pages for services, prices, locations, staff, and terms.
2. Regulators and medical societies for safety, approval, and screening guidance.
3. Peer-reviewed human studies and systematic reviews for evidence claims.
4. Secondary reporting only when a primary source does not publish the needed business detail, and that limitation is disclosed.

Provider claims are identified as provider claims. We do not turn a testimonial, sales page, or mechanism into an independent clinical conclusion.

1. Established for a named outcome: supported by clinical guidelines or human outcome evidence for the stated population and use.
2. Risk-specific or context-dependent: useful for some people when age, symptoms, family history, or baseline risk justify it.
3. Promising but not decision-ready: meaningful research exists, but individual clinical use or outcome benefit is not established.
4. Unsupported for the longevity claim: the marketed claim runs beyond the available human evidence.
5. Unapproved or high caution: regulators warn about the intervention or it is being sold outside an approved use.

A posted price is recorded exactly as a starting price, annual price, monthly price, or one-time package. A promotional price is labeled as promotional. If a clinic requires a call, application, or consultation before revealing the price, the dataset says price not publicly posted. We do not estimate a provider's price from a competitor or from an old article.

Transparency describes whether a reader can see the price and included services before submitting contact information. It is not a quality score.

Every provider record carries a source-check date. Material price, location, ownership, service, and evidence changes update the record and its date. Errors are corrected in place and material corrections are listed on the Corrections page.

Current profiles are editorial and unpaid. No provider receives a better evidence label, placement, or conclusion for money. If referrals or sponsorships are added later, the relationship will be disclosed beside the affected link and will not control the comparison method.
