Use This Before the Sales Call

A longevity clinic is usually a bundle of medical care, testing, wellness services, and commercial add-ons. This checklist forces the bundle into separate questions before the price or technology makes everything look equally valuable.

Print this page or save it as a PDF from your browser. Write the provider's answer beside every item. A missing answer is part of the comparison.

Price and Contract

  • What is the total first-year price?
  • What is the renewal price?
  • Is there a minimum term or automatic renewal?
  • Which labs, imaging, visits, medications, supplements, shipping, and follow-up are extra?
  • Is the displayed price promotional, and when does it end?
  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?
  • Could an incidental finding create costs outside the program?

Medical Oversight

  • Which named licensed clinician is responsible for my care?
  • What is that clinician's board certification and relevant experience?
  • How much contact is with a physician versus a coach, nurse, or dashboard?
  • Who responds to urgent or critical results?
  • Will the provider coordinate with my primary physician and specialists?
  • Can I receive and transfer complete records, images, and raw laboratory results?

Tests and Imaging

  • Which tests are recommended for my age, symptoms, family history, and baseline risk?
  • Which tests are included for every customer regardless of risk?
  • What possible result would change treatment?
  • What is the expected false-positive or incidental-finding rate?
  • Who owns follow-up when a result is indeterminate?
  • For CT, what is the expected radiation dose in millisieverts?
  • For MRI, which body regions and sequences are included and what can the protocol miss?
  • Does this replace any established screening? The correct answer should usually be no.

Drugs, Hormones, Supplements, and Infusions

  • Is the recommended use FDA-approved or off-label?
  • What human outcome evidence supports this exact use, dose, and population?
  • What baseline and follow-up monitoring is required?
  • Who manages interactions with my existing medications?
  • Does the clinic sell or profit from the product it recommends?
  • What is the stopping rule if the treatment does not help or causes harm?

Biological Age and AI Claims

  • Which clock, algorithm, or model creates the score?
  • Was it validated in people like me?
  • What is the expected test-retest variation?
  • Will the same assay and sample type be used at follow-up?
  • Is the output a risk estimate, research measurement, wellness score, or clinical decision tool?
  • What changes because of the score that would not already be recommended?
  • Is AI performing a validated prediction or simply summarizing results?

Privacy and Commercial Interests

  • Who owns and stores my genetic, imaging, laboratory, and wearable data?
  • Can the data be used for research, product development, or advertising?
  • Can I delete my account and biological data?
  • Which laboratories, pharmacies, imaging centers, and product companies have financial relationships with the provider?
  • Are testimonials or biological-age improvements representative, audited, and based on the same test?
