Longevity Clinics and Programs
The types of clinics and programs sold under labels like advanced longevity, longevity medicine, and concierge healthspan care: what each one usually bundles, what it typically costs, and how much evidence stands behind it. No clinic is named or endorsed here. The entries describe categories so a reader can place any specific offer on the evidence ladder before paying for it.
Physician-Led Longevity Clinics
A licensed medical practice that reorganizes standard preventive care around biological aging: extended lab panels, functional testing, risk modeling, and follow-up visits sold outside insurance.
Concierge Longevity Memberships
Annual memberships that bundle advanced imaging, genomics, extended labs, physician time, and a personal plan into one price, usually the tier marketed as advanced longevity.
Executive Health Assessments
One- or two-day intensive checkups, often at hospital-affiliated centers, that compress a year of screening into a single visit. The older, more conservative cousin of the longevity membership.
Biological Age Testing Programs
Consumer and clinic-based tests that estimate biological age from DNA methylation, blood markers, or proteins, usually sold as a baseline and then repeated to show the program is working.
Advanced Diagnostic Screening
Whole-body MRI, coronary calcium scoring, whole-genome sequencing, and multi-cancer blood tests sold to people without symptoms. The most expensive layer of most advanced longevity programs, and the one with the widest evidence spread.
Hormone Optimization Programs
Testosterone, estrogen, thyroid, and peptide protocols sold as anti-aging. Real medicine for diagnosed deficiency and menopause symptoms, unsupported as a longevity program for people with normal levels.
IV and NAD+ Infusion Clinics
Drip bars and clinic add-ons selling NAD+, vitamin, glutathione, and hydration infusions as cellular repair or anti-aging. The most visible longevity product with the least human outcome data.
Regenerative and Stem Cell Clinics
Clinics selling stem cell, exosome, plasma, and peptide treatments for aging, often as medical tourism. The category with the strongest regulatory warnings and the most documented harm.
Off-Label Longevity Prescribing
Rapamycin, metformin, GLP-1 drugs, and similar approved medications prescribed for aging rather than for the conditions on their labels. The program type with the most interesting early human data and the least room for sloppiness.
Telehealth Longevity Platforms
App-based subscriptions that ship lab kits, run a biological age test, and prescribe longevity drugs by message. The physician-led model at a fraction of the price and with a fraction of the contact.
Lifestyle and Coaching Programs
Structured exercise, sleep, nutrition, and habit programs with or without a clinician. The least glamorous entry in the directory and the one with the strongest outcome evidence.
