Longevity Clinic
Also: Longevity center, Healthspan clinic, Longevity practice
A medical or wellness practice that sells testing, interpretation, and interventions aimed at slowing biological aging and extending healthspan, usually outside insurance.
Full explainer: What Advanced Longevity Means
A longevity clinic organizes care around aging rather than around a presenting complaint. The typical offer is preventive medicine with more testing and more time than a standard visit: extended blood panels, body composition and fitness testing, a biological age estimate, a written lifestyle plan, and optional prescriptions. Concierge versions add advanced imaging, genomic testing, and a membership fee.
The category ranges from physician-led practices that deliver guideline-based prevention under a new name to wellness businesses selling infusions and cellular therapies with no outcome evidence. The name does not tell you which one you are looking at.
Worth Knowing
Clinic quality is not standardized by any specialty board. The most reliable signals are whether the physician is board certified in a relevant specialty, whether the clinic separates guideline-based care from experimental add-ons, and whether it coordinates with a patient's primary care physician.
