Advanced Longevity
Also: Advanced longevity program, Advanced longevity medicine, Advanced longevity clinic
A marketing and program label for premium longevity medicine that bundles extended diagnostics, biological age testing, and elective interventions beyond a standard checkup. Not a medical specialty.
Full explainer: What Advanced Longevity Means
Advanced longevity is the label clinics, resorts, and telehealth platforms use for their most comprehensive longevity offer. The word advanced usually signals more diagnostics rather than more evidence: whole-body MRI, whole-genome sequencing, repeated biological age testing, extended blood panels, and additional physician time layered on top of a basic health assessment.
The phrase has no regulatory or clinical definition. There is no board certification in longevity medicine in the United States and no standard for what an advanced program must contain, so two programs with the same name can differ completely in what they include and what evidence supports it.
Worth Knowing
Searchers often use the phrase generically to mean anything beyond an annual physical, which is why it maps to clinic, program, and testing intent rather than to a single scientific concept. The useful move is to treat it as a bundle and evaluate each component on its own evidence.
